Return and Refund Policy

🔁 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in its original, unopened packaging
In the same condition that you received it
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This includes all sugaring pastes and body care products once the seal has been broken.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
If a prepaid return label is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
